Go Mom!

Today my mom started a new gig. She is one of the most selfless people I know and it's only appropriate that she became the President of The Hospice and Palliative Care Association of Iowa. I think that's a pretty big deal.

Here's a bit about the Association:
The statewide leader in the enhancement of end-of-life care through representation of and service to hospices.

The Hospice and Palliative Care Association (HPCAI), formerly the Iowa Hospice Organization, is a voluntary membership association representing 74 hospice agencies providing end-of-life care through 103 locations across Iowa. The association is governed by a board of directors and has been in existence since 1981.
