Here's the kicker about the damn speeding ticket. I'll be honest I was going 12+ over. Listen before you gasp as my speed, if you ever drive Ashworth from my digs to Jordan Creek Parkway you'd agree that 35 is an asinine speed limit too. Anyway, the sweet officer wrote me for only 6 over. So that $114 breaks down as follows.
Speeding Ticket = $40
Court Costs = $60 (um, what is this? court costs? stupid)
Criminal Something Charge = $14
Total =$114
Anyone else think this is absurd? Thank God I didn't get written up for my license still reading my parents address and for having the wrong registration info in there too ... oopsie
